SUMBAL: A Member of Block Development Council Sumbal in District Bandipora was arrested within Hours by Sumbal Police for abducting a Women.
Sources told that Sumbal Police has arrested Block Development Council (BDC) Member Block Sumbal Namely Abdul Hamid Koloo within 24 Hours in alleged Abduction of a women (Name with held) of Local area of Sumbal.
It is Pertained to mention here that on yesterday a Case FIR No 131 /2021 U/s 366 and 498 IPC was Registered in Police Station Sumbal for Abducting a Married Women by the BDC Member Block Sumbal thereafter the abductor was abscond and finally within Hours the accused was arrested by Sumbal Police and put behind bars, the Women was also recovered and was handed over to Legal Heirs
Meanwhile the Locals of Sumbal and it’s adjacent area while appiriciating the speedy action of Sumbal Police demands Stern action against the Said BDC Member for Misuse of his Position.
