Three Amarnath pilgrims, policeman injured in Kangan road accidents
Four persons, including three Amarnath yatris, were injured in two separate road mishaps in Kangan area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Saturday.
An official said that a truck bearing registration number HP55A -1705 traveling from Ladakh to Kashmir collided with a car bearing registration no PB03Y-6776 coming from opposite direction at Sumbal-Bala, resulting in injuries to three Amarnath pilgrims.
The injured were rushed to sub district hospital Kangan.
Meanwhile, in a separate incident, a pickup truck collided with a police vehicle, resulting in injuries to a policeman.
The injured cop was discharged after being given first aid at the hospital.
Police have taken cognizance of both the cases, said the official.
