Search operation for missing female Teacher’s body continues in Nallah Sindh on Thursday

GANDERBAL: Despite two days of hectic efforts by Police and volunteers on Thursday failed to recover the body of a Female teacher drowned in the Nallah Sindh at Gagangeer area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Wednesday morning.
25 years old female teacher identified as Kulsuma Rashid daughter of Abdul Rashid Bhat of Badampora Ganderbal of Starland secondary school Badampura drowned accidentally into the Sindh Nallah near Ahsan resort while she was taking pictures during a school picnic on Wednesday morning around 10:00 am
Officials said that the Rescuers are facing difficulties in search operation due to fast flow of water of the Nallah Sindh
SHO Police Station Gund Syed Arif Bukhari told VO that the divers and rescue party from Kangan and Gund area along with teams of Police, SDRF, Fire and emergency services and local youth volunteers tried to recover the body but couldn’t locate it.
Airf said later men and Machinery from Z-Morh tunnel project were also utilized for the same.
Besides SDM Kangan were also present on spot for rescue purposes.
At evening, we stopped the rescue operation and would resume the efforts again on Friday morning he added.
