Muslim League Chief Mushtaq-Ul-Islam released after eight months
SRINAGAR: The Jammu and Kashmir Muslim League chief, Mushtaq ul Islam has been released from long incarceration.
He according to a party statement was released yesterday, on 26th December 2017, after about eight and half months of incarceration.
According to the party statement Mushtaq had been arrested in the beginning of the current year.
“He was subjected to the mental and psychological torture in various police stations and the torture centers” the statement reads.
He was lodged in various jails including the central jail at Srinagar and the Kotbalwal central jail at Jammu.
