Masoodi, Akber Lone condemns forces action on students at JNU, Aligarh Muslim Caa
SRINAGAR: The senior leaders of National Conferee and parliament members of North and South Kashmir Justice (R) Husain Masoodi and Mohammad Akber lone on Wednesday strongly condemned the Jamia Milia University and Ali Garah Muslim University incident.
In a statement issued both the leaders have condemned the police action on the students and said students are the future of every nation, they were beaten ruthlessly without any reason in which several student including girl students got grievous injuries as they were beaten by the police.
The parliament members said this act is the serious concern as the both the universities are ancient, revered and forces entered into universities with the permissions of voice chancellors of the campus by entering into premises without the orders is a grave violation.
Leaders said this is the duty of the both the heads of the universities to make law and order in to the campus but the forces have entered in the campus without the permission.
National Conference leaders of legal cell have also condemned the incident strongly and said this is the failure of the Modi led government, the people of the whole country are against the Citizen Amendment Bill (CAB) and are doing protest against the same, the government must take back the bill design.
They said the people of the Jammu and Kashmir have a democratic and constitutional right under article 370 and 35A and government must revoke the order of abrogation of article so the peace in the Kashmir will remain continue.
