Langate family demands body of their missed son, area shuts
SRINAGAR: Day after a family of Langate, in north Kashmir’s Handwara claimed that one among the five militants killed in Rafiabad hills was their son, a complete shutdown is being observed in Langate, area on Saturday.
All shops and other business centres in Langate are shut.
The family claimed that their son Muzaffar Ahmad Mir son of Bashir Ahmad went missing on 6th of August and they filled a missing report in police station Langate.
“Yesterday we saw a photograph of the deceased in Rafiabad forests and identified Muzaffar among them,” the family claimed.
Forces claimed they killed five militants in forest area of Rafiabad two days back.
